Lauren graduated from Belmont University with a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy degree. She is a registered and licensed occupational therapist with over a decade of experience providing skilled intervention to children and families to overcome the challenges of various diagnoses. 

Additionally, she holds the postgraduate certification of ADHD-RSP, which designates her as a Certified Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Rehabilitation Service Provider. This extensive training allows her to coach clients and families to reduce the diagnosis's stresses, anxieties, and challenges.

Lauren is also a published children's book author. Her stories are written and illustrated using her 'OT mind' and are intended for all children, but in particular, children with various sensory and developmental needs.
